We do not operate as a Travel Agency, we are Properties Manager.

When you book accommodation through Plazza II Travel, you enter into a contract with Plazza II Travel Limited registered in England and Wales. We arrange accommodation provided by third-party property owners. Accommodation is provided by independent third-party property owners or managers

We sell accommodation only. We do not sell flights, transport, activities, excursions, or holiday packages.

Each booking relates solely to overnight accommodation at the selected property.

All prices are shown inclusive of mandatory charges unless stated otherwise
Payment is taken by Plazza II Travel through Channel Manager: HostAway/Lodgify/Stays/Avantio at the time of booking (or as stated)
We act as merchant of record

2. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website. You agree to use the Website only for lawful travel and accommodation-related activities.

3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings through: HomeAway/HostAway/Vrbo/Booking.com/Lodgify are subject to confirmation.

All bookings made through our Website are subject to confirmation.

Payment terms vary based on the selected accommodation or service.

Payments made by AMEX (American Express Card) are subject to manual pre-authorization and Mandatory ID verification.

Cancellation rules are determined by the service provider and shown at booking time.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Provide false information. Engage in fraud or misuse the Website.

Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including logos, text, images, and design elements, is owned by Plazza II Travel or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Plazza II Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, business, savings, data, or opportunities, errors or omissions in travel descriptions or Supplier information, delays, cancellations, or changes caused by Suppliers, or events outside our control such as weather, political unrest, or strikes.

6.2 Third-Party Providers

Where a booking involves a Supplier, Plazza II Travel is not liable for the performance or quality of the Supplier’s services, service cancellations, delays, or changes, or any health and safety issues arising during travel. Your contract for the travel service is primarily with the Supplier.

7. Changes to Terms

Plazza II Travel may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website indicates acceptance of amended Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
